Edgewater Oaks, Preston
Edgewater Oaks is an exclusive private gated residence in Preston, Lancashire. It was developed and build by David Price and his team at 10ACIA. The development included 6 units that had prices ranging roughly from £725,000 to over £800,000 depending on options and packages.
Result: Edgewater Oaks sold out completely from social media leads and our client 10Acia grew their social mecia presence.

Beech Rise, Surrey
Result: Our Beech Rise publication soared to over 180,000 views. This successfully presented the property to a pool of discerning clinets.

Situated in the prestigious St George’s Hill estate, Surrey, residents enjoy exclusive access to golf, tennis, and leisure facilities. We partnered with top agents at Savills to promote this listing on our channel

Mulberry House, Surrey
Mulberry House; a magnificent six bedroom detached family home, set in the heart of Virginia Water close to the amenities offering nearly 9000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation beautifully arranged over three floors. We partnered with agents from Tyron Ash International to market this listing.
Result: Tyron Ash supplied us with their property content which amassed over 40,000 views. This generated leads and also helped the agents build a large social media following. Later that year they were featured on Channel 4.
Result: Our press video went viral with over 160,000 views. This brought great interest to the featured properties and their respective developers, architects & agents.

This project was a press commission covering the top 10 listings in London. We complied footage of London's most expensive listings in 2023 and published a press video covering the detail of these amazing homes.
